Description
Ferric Nitrate Crystals for Patina. Ferric Nitrate is also called Iron nitrate. The crystals are violet in color and soluble in water, alcohol, and acetone. It is a strong oxidant and irritant.
Basic solution formula for application:
- 30 grams Ferric nitrate
- 1 liter water
Note: All oxidizing chemicals require proper storage, ventilation, and disposal. We also recommend wearing personal protective equipment, especially if you have respiratory issues. Keep all chemicals away from light and heat, preferably in a storage unit separate from metal and tools.
