Kingman Stabilized Turquoise Saw Cuts.

Stabilized turquoise is a process of hardening soft turquoise stones so they can be cut and polished for use in jewelry.  The owners of the largest Kingman mine first developed a process where epoxy is forced at high pressure into the porous stone to harden it into jewelry-grade. This helps make it stronger and able to take a better cut and shine.
